Note: Paper applications are not accepted.

Application Process

1. Online Submission Only:
   • All required fields must be completed to proceed or submit.
   • Progress may not be saved, so complete the form in one sitting.
2. Fees & Orders:
   • After validation, you’ll receive an invoice for:
     • $50 application fee
     • Plaque orders (if applicable)
     • Celebration tickets (if applicable)

Top Producer Awards

TOP PRODUCER Awards honor the top 10 producers based on qualifying transactions.
Note: Individual categories (e.g., individual, team, group) are not offered.

How to Qualify:

• Accurately record all qualifying sales in the provided spreadsheet.
• Submit all required documentation.
• Obtain certification from your Managing Broker.

Application Requirements

1. Applicant Information:
   Include your name, brokerage, Managing Broker’s name, and contact details.
2. Reporting Worksheet (Excel):
   • Use the provided template or your own, ensuring it includes all required information.
   • Handwritten worksheets are not accepted.
3. Certification Form:
   • Must be signed by the applicant and certified by the Managing Broker.
   • Worked for multiple firms? Submit certifications from all relevant brokers.
4. Applicant Photo:
   • Submit a high-resolution headshot electronically.
   • This will appear in print, digital publications, and social media.

Membership Categories

• Active Member: Qualified for the current year.
• Life Member: Qualified for 3 consecutive years or any 5 random years.
• Phoenix Member: Qualified for any 10 years.
• Crystal Phoenix Member: Qualified for any 20 years.
• Silver Phoenix Member: Qualified for any 25 years.
• Gold Phoenix Member: Qualified for any 30 years.
• Platinum Phoenix Member: Qualified for any 35 years.

2024 Circle of Excellence (Celebrated in 2025)

The 2024 Circle of Excellence (Celebrating in 2025) was the party of the year!  People wore their best Disco outfits and had a GROOVY time.
