Add/Edit Listing Tour or Open House
Tours and Open Houses can be entered during the listing entry process (or later, if necessary). Identify your Open House as a Broker Tour before 2:00 PM on Tuesday to be included on the Open House Schedule sent to Strategic Partners. Continue Reading for Instructions on how to do this in ConnectMLS. Listings from both Coweta and Fayette County are included.
- To add/edit a Tour or Open House to your listing, click on the Listings icon on the navigational menu bar and click on Add/Edit a Tour or Open House.
- Enter in the MLS number of the property and click Submit.
- Click the link at the top to Add New Tour/Open House.
- Identify the event as a Broker Tour to be included on the Open House Schedule sent to Strategic Partners.
- Click the calendar button to select a date.
- Use the drop-down lists to set the start and stop times.
- Next, identify if lunch or refreshments will be served and click Save.
- Enter any comments and click Save.
