A new open house schedule went into effect on April 1, 2025. This updated schedule is designed to promote consistency and improve planning across all participating open houses in Coweta County. We encourage you to review the revised schedule to ensure your open houses are aligned with the designated weeks for your location.
The new guidelines are as follows:
Using Interstate 85 as the dividing line, Listings to the East of I85 should be hosted on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month, while listings West of I85 should be hosted on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month. If there is a fifth Wednesday, there are no restrictions.
Add/Edit Listing Tour or Open House
Tours and Open Houses can be entered during the listing entry process (or later, if necessary). Identify your Open House as a Broker Tour before 2:00 PM on Tuesday to be included on the Open House Schedule sent to Strategic Partners. - To add/edit a Tour or Open House to your listing, click on the Listings icon on the navigational menu bar and click on Add/Edit a Tour or Open House.
- Enter in the MLS number of the property and click Submit.
- Click the link at the top to Add New Tour/Open House.
- Identify the event as a Broker Tour to be included on the Open House Schedule sent to Strategic Partners.
- Click the calendar button to select a date.
- Use the drop-down lists to set the start and stop times.
- Next, identify if lunch or refreshments will be served and click Save.
- Enter any comments and click Save.
