The Newnan-Coweta Board of REALTORS® was first charted in April of 1963. We are a 501©(6) organization. We have grown to just over 700 REALTOR® and Affiliate Members and serve primarily Coweta County and other surrounding areas. The Board is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 16 members.

BYLAWS and POLICY

The Newnan-Coweta Board of REALTORS® Bylaws contain provisions relating to how it conducts its affairs, the duties and responsibilities of the Directors, Officers, and Staff. Most of the material herein is mandated by the National Association of REALTORS®.

The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and subscribes to is strict Code of Ethics. Only those agents who are members of NAR can use the term REALTOR®. REALTOR® is not a synonym for real estate agent.
