- Professional experience:
- 2 years as a licensed real estate agent
- Served as a director of another REALTOR® Board
- Commitment to service:
- Served on at least one (1) committee or task force within a REALTOR® organization demonstrating leadership or active participation
- Served on at least two (2) committees of any organization within the previous two (2) years
- Professional experience:
Vice President
- Membership Status: Required
- Active member of NCBOR in good standing
- Ethical Standards: Required
- No record of ethics violations/sanctions within the previous five (5) years
- Professional experience – Must meet one (1) of the following three (3)
- REALTOR® member for at least two (2) years
- Licensed real estate agent for at least five (5) years
- Licensed broker
- Board & Leadership experience – Must meet two (2) of the following five (5)
- Served as NCBOR Treasurer
- Served as local or state director of NCBOR or in a similar capacity with another organization for at least one (1) year
- Completed an NCBOR approved leadership development program within the previous three (3) years
- Graduate of a leadership academy, not limited to but including GAR, Coweta Chamber of Commerce, or Fayette County Board of REALTORS®
- Completed diversity training with certification such as C2EX, Fairhaven, etc.
President-Elect
- Membership Status: Required
- Active member of NCBOR in good standing
- Ethical Standards: Required
- No record of ethics violations/sanctions within the previous five (5) years
- Professional experience – Must meet one (1) of the following three (3)
- REALTOR® member for at least five (5) years
- Licensed real estate agent for at least ten (10) year
- Licensed broker
- Board & Leadership experience – Must meet four (4) of the following eight (8)
- Served as NCBOR Vice President
- Served as NCBOR Treasurer
- Served as local or state director of NCBOR or in a similar capacity with another organization for at least three (3) years
- Served as Vice President of a REALTOR® Board for at least one (1) year
- Completed an NCBOR approved leadership development program within the previous three (3) years
- Graduate of a leadership academy, not limited to but including GAR, Coweta Chamber of Commerce, or Fayette County Board of REALTORS®
- Completed diversity training with certification such as C2EX, Fairhaven, etc.
- Served on a long-range planning committee or a budget and finance committee
Treasurer
- Membership Status: Required
- Active member of NCBOR in good standing
- Ethical Standards: Required
- No record of ethics violations/sanctions within the previous five (5) years
- Must meet two (2) of the following seven (7)
- Professional experience
- REALTOR® member for at least two (2) years
- Licensed real estate agent for at least five (5) years
- CPA
- Treasurer or comparable position on another Board of Directors
- Educational background in accounting, finance, or related field
- Board experience
- Served on Budget/Finance Committee for at least one (1) year
- Continuing education
- Completion of a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education in financial management, accounting, or real estate finance within the previous two (2) years
- Professional experience
